W3N 2025 demonstrated that world-class technology events can thrive beyond capital cities, positioning Narva as a meaningful hub for cross-border innovation and collaboration.

The conference programme focused on key topics shaping the future of technology and entrepreneurship:

Digital identity and privacy, including self-sovereign identity solutions
Regulation and compliance, with a strong focus on MiCA and GDPR
Startup building and fundraising in a challenging market environment
Cultural decentralisation, where technology meets creativity
Panels, workshops, pitch competitions, and keynotes offered practical insights as well as strategic perspectives from global and regional experts.
Strong Platform for Startups and Investors
W3N 2025 provided tangible value for the startup ecosystem:
10 startups competed in pitch contests
Discussions addressed emerging investment trends and sustainable Web3 business models
Participation from investors and ecosystem stakeholders, including EstBAN, supported meaningful founder–investor connections
The event strengthened links between the Estonian startup ecosystem and international innovation networks.
Empowering Youth and Regional Growth
Youth engagement was a key priority. Over 50 young participants, ranging from high school to university level, attended from across Estonia and neighbouring countries. Through workshops and networking opportunities, W3N fostered early exposure to global innovation ecosystems, supporting Ida-Viru County’s long-term entrepreneurial development.
More Than a Conference
W3N’s boutique format deliberately blended technology with culture. Alongside the main programme, participants experienced:
