Nordic Singapore Innovation Days 2025 – Open Call for Estonian Startups

Startup Estonia and The Estonian Embassy in Singapore invite Estonian clean and green tech startups to apply for the Nordic Singapore Innovation Days (NSID) programme, organised during the SWITCH week in collaboration with Swedish Incubators and Science Parks (SISP).

Purpose

The programme is designed to foster tangible partnerships between startups, investors, and corporates, while also showcasing the New Nordic innovation ecosystem in Singapore through curated side events, networking and SWITCH conference participation.

Programme Overview

Two-track structure:

Corporate Matchmaking Track

Startups are selected based on corporate challenges

Corporates choose the startups they wish to explore collaboration with

Matchmaking facilitated by Ignite Sweden

General Programme Track

Investor matchmaking

Nordic ecosystem event with pitches

Participation in SWITCH

Site visits and networking sessions

Application Criteria

Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 7 or higher

5–20 employees

Estonian-registered clean or green tech company

No public debt and all annual reports submitted on time

Estonian Delegation

5 Estonian startups will be selected (to join either track 1 or 2)

5 ecosystem players will join the broader delegation

Support for Selected Startups

Participation is free

SWITCH conference tickets included

Travel support of up to €2500 per company (for flights and/or accommodation for up to 6 nights)

Reimbursement based on actual costs after the event

Funded under the “de minimis” aid regulation, with support up to €7,000 per company in this programme
